How To Use:

Shake well before each use. Apply liberally and evenly to face, neck, and décolleté. Reapply at least every two hours.

  • LIPOCHROMAN™: A powerful antioxidant that helps prevent skin aging due to pollution and other environmental aggressors.
  • Bisabolol: A soothing agent derived from chamomile oil that helps to calm and condition the skin.
  • Vital ET™: This bio-available form of vitamin E provides antioxidant support while helping soothe redness related to environmental, bacterial, and mechanical factors. It is also shown to help calm skin both prior to and following UV exposure.
  • Silver Ear Mushroom Extract: Significantly more hydrating than hyaluronic acid. Proven to provide immediate hydration and improve skin's ability to retain moisture. Also provides antioxidant support to defend against premature skin aging.
  • Niacinamide: Also known as Vitamin B3, it helps soothe skin, aid the skin barrier and balance sebum production.

Do I use Face Shield Bronze under face makeup or on top?

Face Shield Glow and Bronze can both be worn under or mixed in or layered with moisturizer, treatment or cosmetic products.

In what order do I apply Face Shield Bronze SPF 50 in my routine?

Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield Glow and Bronze SPF 50 are designed to be the first step in your makeup routine. We recommend applying after moisturizer and after our primer if you prefer to use one.

Can I use this with a Primer?

Yes, if you would like to use Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield Glow and/or Bronze SPF 50 with one of our Primers SPF 20, apply the primer first.

Can I wear this by itself?

Yes, Face Shield Bronze can be worn on its own. It can be applied all over the face for a natural, sun-kissed tint. Apply at least a nickel-sized amount on face for complete protection and layer with other total production™ products for your own customized look.

Will it work with all skin tones?

Yes, Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield Classic SPF 50 has a universal shade that blends in sheer for most skin tones. Someone with a deeper skin tone may enjoy our Face Shield Flex SPF 50 in Tan or Deep or our Face Shield Bronze SPF 50.

Is it water-or-sweat resistant?

Yes, Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield Bronze SPF 50 is water/sweat resistant for up to 40 minutes.

Since this is a zinc oxide formula, will it leave a white cast or residue on my skin?

No, unlike other mineral SPF products, Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield Classic SPF 50 was formulated with proprietary EnviroScreen® Technology using patented zinc oxide. In addition, iron oxides result in a universal shade, leaving no white cast for most skin tones. Someone with a deeper skin tone may enjoy our Face Shield Flex SPF 50 in Tan or Deep or our Face Shield Bronze SPF 50.

How long do I have to wait before I go into the sun?

As with all SPF products, Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield Bronze SPF 50 should be applied 15 minutes prior to exposure. Like all SPF products, reapply every 2 hours. For convenient reapplication on-the-go or directly over makeup, Use the Total Protection™ Brush-on Shield SPF 50 brush for all-day, on-the-go reapplication every 2 hours.
